With our in-house design team and steel and aluminum on-site fabrication plants, you are assured your special needs can be accomplished. Each dock is custom built to your specifications and warranted to withstand the elements of your property location. Certified welders complete all welding and fabrication in a controlled environment.

Steel Frame Construction

We offer two types of steel-frame construction: the heavier 8" I-beam or the lighter weight 12" open-web truss. The standard for covered slips is the 8" I-beam, which is by far the most stable and strongest dock design offered anywhere. Only the finest of coatings are used to give you that custom look and longevity you expect.

All our aluminum extrusions are for marine use to give years of maintenance-free enjoyment. All the aluminum components have a serrated finish to cut down on the shiny appearance, to add strength, and to hide debris.

Roofing Systems

With this array of dock systems we offer five types of roof systems in many choices of color:

Flat Roofs
Gable Roofs
Cathedral Style Hip Roofs
Compound Hip Roofs
Upper Deck Roofs

The hip roofs we manufacture are the heaviest in the market. The two outer sections of the hip are totally built and welded as complete pieces. This process eliminates the bolting or even weaker practice of screwing all the components together on site. All our base structures are equipped to accept any of the different roof designs. Roof panels are offered in an array of colors and are covered by a manufacturer’s forty year warranty.

Base Structures

All base structures will accept any of the composite, aluminum, or Brazilian hardwood decking material. We also offer treated wood for our steel products.

The flotation devices are encapsulated and exceed the requirements of all regulations of area lakes, including those of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Each float is covered by a manufacturer’s fifteen year warranty.

Ramps

Our ramps are an engineered, one-piece, arched, inverted-truss design with two structural handrails for strength and safety. We offer a unique flare at the dock end of the ramp to add to the aesthetics of and ease of access to the dock with dock buggies or coolers. This option can be added on any style or length ramp. All square tubing for railings has a radius edge for comfort and safety.

They took time to blow off the shavings from drilling and cutting, they took a pocket knife and cleaned debris from the individual cracks between the deck boards, then they washed and scrubbed any mud from the decks. They noticed that the wind had moved the spud poles by the time they were done, so they took time to lift the poles, reset the dock position, and then used ratchet straps to make sure the poles were well set before they left.
